  • Government, embassy, airline, hotel, and third-party charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel a service request at any time. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the status of the service:

  • Before Processing Begins: Full refund of service fees (excluding non-refundable third-party charges).

  • During Processing: Partial refund may be provided, based on the stage of service and any costs already incurred.

  • After Completion / Submission: No refund will be issued once visa applications, bookings, or arrangements have been submitted or confirmed with third parties.

3. Cancellation by GreenChip International

GreenChip International reserves the right to cancel a service in the following circumstances:

  • Non-compliance with required documentation or instructions by the client

  • Invalid, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client

  • Unforeseen circumstances, legal restrictions, or force majeure events

In such cases, applicable refunds will be issued based on the stage of service and any non-recoverable third-party costs.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or contact form.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–20 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Embassy, visa, or government application fees

  • Airline tickets, hotel bookings, or third-party service charges already confirmed

  • Service fees for completed processing

6. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Clients may request to reschedule services (tours, appointments, or bookings) depending on availability.

  • Changes may incur additional charges based on timing, vendor policies, or service type.

7. Limitation of Liability

GreenChip International is not responsible for:

  • Denial of visa or application by authorities

  • Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes by airlines

  • Hotel cancellations or policy changes

  • Any third-party service failure

Refunds, if applicable, are limited strictly to service fees paid to GreenChip International.
