GreenChip International provides complete Hajj services including visa processing, travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and guided support.

Key Terms:

  • Visa approvals are subject to Saudi authorities; GreenChip International cannot guarantee approvals.

  • Flight tickets and hotel bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and passport details.

  • Changes or cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, and Hajj authority policies.

  • Refunds are only applicable according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Clients are responsible for their health, travel documents, and adherence to Hajj regulations.

2. Umrah Services

GreenChip International provides Umrah services including visa processing, flights, hotels, local transport, and guidance during rituals.

Key Terms:

  • Visa issuance is determined by the Saudi embassy/consulate; approval is not guaranteed.

  • Accommodation, transport, and package arrangements are confirmed after full payment.

  • Clients must submit correct documentation and comply with travel regulations.

  • Package modifications or cancellations depend on vendor policies; fees may apply.

  • Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • GreenChip International is not liable for missed rituals or personal delays.

3. Overseas Employment Services

GreenChip International provides overseas employment assistance, including job placement, visa guidance, and documentation support.

Key Terms:

  • Job offers and employment contracts are issued by overseas employers; GreenChip International does not guarantee job placement.

  • Clients must provide true and complete professional, educational, and personal information.

  • Visa and work permit approvals are subject to government authorities; approval is not guaranteed.

  • Refunds for processing fees follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Clients are responsible for complying with all laws, immigration regulations, and employment contracts of the destination country.
